This was our first time on Royal Caribbean’s “Allure of the Seas.” It was an impressive ship but during the entire week, we did not see any other gay couples or gay people as far as we knew. I ended up feeling a little isolated and it brought back memories of being in Toppenish, Washington, a small town in Eastern Washington. We enjoyed the trip but I would have enjoyed it much more if we had seen other gay people. A few years later, we would be on this same ship again for an Atlantis Events gay cruise which would be incredible. Here is some video of this trip in 2013.
